氨基酸组合效应讲，组成人体蛋白的8种氨基酸，只要有一种含量不足，其他7种就无法合成蛋白质。当缺一不可时，那个“1”就是一切。这比“木桶定律”“短板效应”等现象更为残酷，木桶由短板决定存水的量，而氨基酸组合像人体的健康，缺一即全部归零。

According to the Amino Acid Combination Effect, the protein of human body is synthesized by eight amino acids. As long as one of them is insufficient, this process cannot be finished. When any integral one of the composition is indispensable, the so called “one” matters everything actually. Like what happens in the context of protein synthesis is much more crueler than that of another phenomena such as Buckets Effect or Cannikin Law. For how much water a bucket can hold is decided by the shortest board of all boards that make the bucket. However, if there is any kind of amino acid short among the eight, the synthesis process will be cut off, which will bring tremendous risks to human body.
