汉宁化学宣布人事变动 任命供应链总监

慧正资讯：近日，汉宁化学任命邹玉兰（Grace Zou）女士为供应链总监，Grace已于2022年3月1日正式加入汉宁。

Henning Chemical has appointed Ms. Yulan (Grace) Zou as Supply Chain Director, Grace joined Henning Chemical officially on Mar. 1st 2022.

邹玉兰女士毕业于广东外语外贸大学，获英国语言文学学士学位。她于2000年加入陶氏化学，历任陶氏亚太区事业部供应链计划经理，亚太区事业部物流经理等职，拥有20余年的供应链日常运营和管理工作经验。

Grace graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies with bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature. After joined Dow Chemical in 2000, she has worked on a list of key roles in Supply Chain function, such as Asia Pacific Business Supply Chain Planning Manager, Regional Business Logistics Manager etc. Over the last 20 years, Grace has obtained profound experience in supply chain operation and management.

从2013年至2019年，她担任陶氏亚太区事业部供应链计划经理，负责优化生产和库存策略，带领亚太供应链团队卓越运营，实现了该事业部亚太区近4.5亿美元年销售额的供需平衡。她还主导建立了标准化的供应链工作流程和程序，管理并优化了整体供应链运营运行成本，并协同区域商务和产品团队实现了在亚太区的价值创造及增长。

Grace worked as Asia Pacific Business Supply Chain Planning Manager of Dow during 2013-2019. She led to achieve supply and demand balance of a 450 million USD revenue business by optimizing production and inventory strategy. She also led to develop standard supply chain processes and procedures, managed to reduce over-all supply chain operation cost and achieved business growth in Asia Pacific region in collaborating with commercial and product team.

在2018年陶氏张家港新工厂的建设运营项目中，她领导团队“从无到有”地设计和搭建了物流供应链体系，包括深海船运及码头，进出口，供应链计划，物流仓储和运输等。凭借在供应链运营及成本评估分析方面的深厚经验，她亦为陶氏全球总部项目团队布局亚太区新投资项目做出了重要贡献。在陶氏任职期间，她取得了《Six Sigma绿带项目管理项目经理》及《ISO 质量管理体系内审员》等资格证书。

In 2018, she played a key role in the construction and operation project of Dow Chemical's new manufacturing site in Zhangjiagang, China. She led to design and set-up supply chain system from 0 to 1 including marine & terminal, import & export, supply chain planning, logistics facilities, transportation etc. With extensive experience in supply chain operation and cost evaluation analysis, she also made important contribution in facilitating Dow Global Team in planning new investment in Asia Pacific region. Grace has also obtained professional qualifications of "Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader" and "ISO Auditor" during her service with Dow.

邹玉兰女士将领导汉宁供应链团队建立起以客户为中心的供应链管理体系，为客户提供更加智慧、高效、快捷的物流服务。汉宁总经理史国放先生说：“邹女士的加入将为汉宁构建卓越的运营能力提供重要支持，也标志着汉宁的发展进入了一个崭新阶段。”

Grace will lead the team to build a customer-oriented supply chain management system so as to provide a smarter, faster and highly effective logistic service to our customer. "Grace will provide critical support in building outstanding operation capacity in Henning," said Mr. Guofang Shi, General Manager of Henning Chemical, "the addition of Grace also marks Henning's development into a new stage."
