MQ-5000 is a high-purity magnesium silicate powder manufactured through rigorous processes including screening, washing, drying, grinding with auxiliary agents, and precise classification. This product exhibits outstanding matting performance, fine particle size, excellent suspension properties, uniform particle distribution, moderate oil absorption, and cost-effectiveness. Modified with synthetic additives, it serves as a next-generation filler for plastics, cables, inks, and coatings (especially topcoats).
In paint topcoats, MQ-5000 can partially replace high-cost matting agents to enhance dry film texture and matting efficiency while reducing formulation expenses. It also improves comprehensive product performance, boosts production efficiency, and lowers costs across industries. Domestic large and medium-sized chemical and coatings manufacturers have widely adopted MQ-5000, achieving significant economic benefits.

Applications:
● Coatings: PU, PE, NC, and UV wood coatings; matte/solid-color topcoats; transparent colored topcoats. Partially replaces high-cost matting agents to enhance dry film texture and matting efficiency.
● Plastics: Acts as an anti-blocking agent, flame retardant, or filler.
● Cables, Inks, and Other Industries: Reduces formulation costs while improving product performance.
Recommended Dosage:
2%–15% (specific dosage to be determined by customers based on product requirements and testing).
Packaging & Storage:
● Packaging: Double-layer kraft paper bags or high-density woven plastic bags, 12.5 kg/bag.
● Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Reseal opened bags promptly to prevent contamination or moisture absorption. Shelf life: 2 years.
