1. There were 13,000 tonnes of styrene cargoes (both domestic and imported) arrived in East China main ports during Aug 6th – Aug 12th, while there were 18,600 tonnes cargoes delivered from the ports, resulting in falling port inventories.

2. According to the incomplete statistics, East China’s Jiangsu main ports had 117,700 tonnes of styrene totally at present, reduced by 5,600 tonnes on the week. The traded volumes totaled 94,700 tonnes, decreased by 6,600 tonnes on the week.

3. According to the incomplete statistics, South China’s main ports had 17,300 tonnes of styrene totally at present, rose by 2,500 tonnes on the week. The traded volumes totaled 7,200 tonnes, increased by 500 tonnes on the week.

4. Few vessels would arrive next week and port inventories were thus expected to decrease.

South China’s main ports include Guangzhou Nansha Zhenrong Storage, Topsafe Petrochemical Logistics and Storage Services, Dongguan Dongzhou International Petrochemical Storage, Hengji Daxin International Chemical Product Store and Dongguan Sanjiang Port Storage Tank.
