Sino-US trade talks are good news and crude oil is up nearly 1%

China US trade talks are close to an agreement, and international crude oil rose on Thursday. The futures settlement price of West Texas light oil on New York Mercantile Exchange in January 2020 was $59.18 per barrel, up $0.42, or 0.7%, compared with the previous trading day, with a trading range of $58.75-59.72; the futures settlement price of Brent crude oil on London Intercontinental Exchange in February 2020 was $64.2 per barrel, up $0.48, or 0.8%, compared with the previous trading day, with a trading range of $63.87-64.85.
