EPS2024-04-09 08:52
Introduces PC-Mull 815, a biobased acrylic copolymer for high-performance furniture and wood finishes, available in the EMEIA markets.
EPS - Engineered Polymer Solutions launched PC-Mull 815, a biobased acrylic copolymer for high-performance furniture and wood finishes, available in the EMEIA markets.
"When formulating with PC-Mull 815, manufacturers can achieve exceptional transparency, hardness, leveling, chemical and block resistance," said Massimo Longoni, senior sales manager for EPS Europe.
"This polymer has a calculated biobased content up to 15%, and extensive research went into ensuring a performance comparable to that of 100% fossil-based products."
PC-Mull 815 is ideal for use as a topcoat and self-sealer resin in high-end interior wood 1K
applications.
This bio-based polymer is designed to meet high chemical resistance requirements and provide block resistance, ensuring there is not risk of damage to coated substrates when stacked.
