
IMCD invests in Italy: new headquarters and three new hi-tech laboratories

One of the three new laboratories at the new head office in Milan, Italy is dedicated to the coatings & construction sector.

In line with growth and development objectives that prioritize people, technology, and sustainability, IMCD has inaugurated the new Milan head office, which also includes two new laboratories dedicated to strategic markets to the country’s economy. Within the renovated head office, the two new flagship facilities stand out: the food & nutrition and beauty & personal care laboratories, which complement the new coatings & construction laboratory, a reference hub for formulations, applications, and internal training, as well as the company’s first laboratory for the adhesives market, located at the Affori site of IMCD and inaugurated on May 21st.
“Our new laboratories will be an innovation accelerator, the place where the expertise and creativity of our people will join forces with that of customers and suppliers to build a better future through formulations capable of addressing global challenges and enabling sustainable economic development,” says Marco Madeddu, Managing Director of IMCD Italy.
This expansion is part of a broader context of the company’s global growth.
