Changfeng brand water-based dispersant P-1800 is a high molecular weight polyurethane water-based dispersant with excellent wetting ability and deflocculation properties for pigments. It is particularly suitable for high-performance water-based industrial coatings and does not contain VOC.

Performance characteristics

P-1800 is a highly efficient wetting and dispersing agent. In high-performance water-based coatings, it can wet, disperse and stabilize pigments, prevent pigment sedimentation and flocculation, and thus extend the service life of coatings and color pastes. This product helps to improve the gloss of the coating film and reduce haze, especially the carbon black paste prepared from it, which has better color development and storage stability. It is not affected by pH value during use.

Usage and dosage

To achieve the best dispersion effect, P-1800 should be added slowly under stirring, and then the pigment should be added. In a resin-free system, please mix the additives and water evenly before adding the pigment.

Titanium dioxide 3-6%

Organic pigment 15-70%

Carbon black 40-100%

Packaging and storage

It is recommended to store and use below 40℃. Please cover the bottle cap tightly after use to maintain the activity of the product and prevent excessive evaporation of water. If the surface of the product is separated, it may become turbid or stratified when transported or stored at a temperature below 0℃. Heat to 20℃ and stir before use.
