Shenzhen Sanxing Feirong Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sanxing Feirong") made a splendid appearance with its core equipment and intelligent solutions at booth 5T102, attracting numerous professional visitors to stop and engage in discussions.

Founded in 1994, Sanxing Feirong specializes in the research, development, and manufacturing of sand mills, as well as EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) system engineering for powder preparation. It has now become a benchmark enterprise in China's wet grinding equipment sector. The company currently employs 60 staff members, with over 60% holding doctoral, master's, or bachelor's degrees. At this edition of CIBF, Sanxing Feirong primarily showcased its star product—the "SP Series Vertical Sand Mill." This equipment stands out with its core advantages of "no mechanical seal, no screen, and high energy efficiency." It adopts a convex pin + turbine structure design, paired with a dynamic centrifugal bead separation system, achieving nanoscale grinding precision (capable of reaching nanoscale effects using 0.1mm zirconia beads). Meanwhile, the equipment is equipped with rare earth permanent magnet motor direct-drive technology, offering energy savings of over 20% compared to traditional motors. Combining efficiency, energy conservation, and intelligence, it is widely applied in the preparation of high-value-added materials such as advanced ceramics, cathode and anode materials, and ITO.
