In his new role as Leader of the Tin Intermediates and PVC Business Unit, Choi will oversee the strategic direction and spearhead new business development.

Songwon Industrial Co., Ltd. announced that Jaewon Choi has been appointed the new Leader Business Unit Tin Intermediates / PVC, effective July 1st, 2025.

In his new role as Leader of the Tin Intermediates and PVC Business Unit, Choi will oversee the strategic direction and spearhead new business development to strengthen SONGWON’s position in the global market. Reporting directly to Hans Werhonig, Leader Group Commercial, he will be supported by Bouzid Hamcherif, who assumes the role of Deputy Leader for the Tin Intermediates and PVC Business Unit alongside his current responsibilities as Leader of the Sub Business Unit PVC.

With in-depth knowledge of the organization, Choi brings extensive experience to his new role as Business Unit Leader for Tin Intermediates and PVC, having joined SONGWON’s R&D center in 1999 and most recently serving as Leader of the Sub Business Unit Tin Intermediates. He has also held the position of Country Manager Japan since 2005, a role he will continue alongside his new leadership responsibilities.
