Changfeng^® HLD-061 is a new generation of waterborne cobalt drying agent, as the main drying agent, it not only has good quick-drying property, but also can effectively increase the hardness of the paint film after drying. It solves the problem of hydrolysis and ‘loss of dryness’ which occurs due to long time storage in aqueous system, and has excellent additivity.

Usage Method and Addition Rate

Stir the product thoroughly before use, and the recommended addition rate is 1%-2% (based on the resin amount). It is crucial to determine the appropriate dosage in the coating formula. Insufficient addition may affect the drying speed and hardness of the coating film, while excessive use may affect the film appearance, such as orange peel or loss of gloss. Therefore, the suitable addition rate should be determined through actual experiments.

Packaging and Storage

Store and use at 10-40℃. After use, tighten the bottle cap to maintain product activity and prevent excessive water evaporation. If dark green particles appear on the surface of the product, it is a normal phenomenon and does not affect product performance.

Safety Precautions

Wear laboratory safety protective equipment during operation. In case of accidental splashing into eyes, clothes, or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention promptly.
