Hz info,Seizing new opportunities in global development, Keshun Group has formed a strategic partnership with SAC Group and successfully launched two modern production bases in Malaysia — the Batu Gajah base in Perak and the Johor Bahru base in Johor.

On July 23, a delegation of executives from Keshun  jointly visited the modern production base in Perak state with Mr. Lim Kok Beng, Director and Chief Operating Officer of strategic partner SAC Group, along with numerous partners from Southeast AsiaThe delegation first toured the factory exhibition hall. With a professional introduction by Project Manager Sean Tan, the delegation gained detailed insights into Keshun’s waterproof coatings and architectural coatings, as well as their application cases in residential buildings, urban complexes, and other fields.

Subsequently in the conference room, the person in charge provided a detailed introduction to the overall planning, capacity layout, and market positioning of the two bases.

The Perak production base covers an area of over 400,000 square feet and is equipped with industry-leading automated production lines and intelligent control systems. It produces water-based architectural coatings, waterproof coatings, industrial coatings, powder waterproof materials, and construction chemicals. 

With a strong annual production capacity of 27 million liters, the base boasts robust supply capabilities and achieves efficient and stable operations through a professional team managing the entire quality control process.

As another key layout in Malaysia, the Johor Bahru production base integrates headquarters, production, quality control, R&D, warehousing, and color mixing. It focuses on floor coatings, heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, and industrial coatings, aiming to meet the growing demand in the region for professional flooring and industrial anti-corrosion solutions.

Afterward, the delegation visited the core areas of the factory, with a focus on inspecting the batching systems and the on-site production process.

During the tour, the delegation expressed strong approval for the modern facility planning, advanced batching systems, and synergistic complementary strategy implemented across both production bases.

The establishment and commissioning of the two bases mark a strategic upgrade in Keshun’s overseas operations — from “product export” to “localized manufacturing.”

Located in the heart of Southeast Asia, Malaysia serves as a natural bridge connecting the ten ASEAN countries, the Middle East, and the Australia-New Zealand markets.

Leveraging Malaysia’s strategic geographical advantage, the new bases will significantly shorten the supply chain, greatly improve delivery efficiency, speed up product development and local quality assurance, and enable faster, more flexible responses to the needs of customers in Malaysia and neighboring countries.

In China, Keshun has already built over ten production bases, successfully creating a multi-center agile manufacturing system. Through the application of IoT and industrial big data technologies, the company has achieved collaborative production and efficient management across multiple bases and production lines, maintaining a leading position in the industry.
