Hz info:Zhejiang Brother Landmark Technology Co., Ltd. has initiated a 200,000-ton hot-melt road marking paint construction project, marking a critical step in the company’s green transformation and technological advancement. This project not only optimizes Brother Landmark’s production capacity structure but also injects robust momentum into regional economic development.
According to reports, the project invests 25 million yuan, utilizing approximately 4,700 square meters of existing idle factory space. Advanced equipment such as elevators, twin-screw mixers, and shaping-conveying-palletizing-film-wrapping systems have been introduced to build a high-efficiency, eco-friendly production line. Upon completion, the project will achieve an annual output of 200,000 tons of hot-melt road marking paint, with an estimated annual output value of 600 million yuan and tax contributions of 68.13 million yuan.
Aligned with Brother Landmark’s energy-saving and carbon-reduction initiative, the product uses petroleum resin, EVA, and lead-free pigments/fillers, strictly complying with the Road Marking Coatings (JT/T280-2022) standard. Applied at 200°C, the paint forms wear-resistant, well-defined road markings. Key production innovations include:
Fully automated production line with enclosed plate-chain lifting, pipeline screw conveying, and sealed mixing equipment, significantly reducing dust emissions;
Precision stirring process ensuring uniform pigment dispersion and coating smoothness;
Highly automated packaging, boosting efficiency by minimizing manual operations.
As a strategic part of Brother Landmark’s Zhejiang footprint, the company has also invested 1.1 billion yuan in an intelligent road marking machinery/parts production base and R&D center. Operational since 2024, this facility produces 50,000 sets of intelligent equipment annually, generating 1.2 billion yuan in sales and 57.5 million yuan in taxes, setting a benchmark for green manufacturing.
As China’s leading road marking enterprise founded in 1986, Brother Landmark has established a nationwide industrial network. The Changxing headquarters base (operational since September 2024) synergizes with four regional hubs—East China (Changxing), South China (Hezhou), Southwest (Sichuan), and North China (Tangshan)—forming a 1,000+ mu production cluster. This system delivers an annual capacity of 800,000 tons of coatings and 5,000 sets of marking equipment, with sales exceeding 1 billion yuan. As a national standard drafter, Brother Landmark leads industry innovation with products like the "350 High-Brightness Long-Lasting Coating" and the proprietary "Octopus" wear-resistance test platform.
In early 2025, Brother Landmark launched its four core strategies to drive high-quality development through:
Deepening the "Headquarters + Four Bases" synergy;
Boosting R&D innovation;
Expanding global markets;
Advancing green manufacturing.
Half-year results demonstrate significant cross-departmental progress.
Under President Zhu Yukang’s leadership, the company accelerated intelligent supply chain upgrades in late 2024. The 300-million-yuan Sichuan Xinjin project—producing 100,000 tons of new marking materials and 500 intelligent machines annually—will amplify synergy between the Yangtze River Delta headquarters and Southwest base. Expected to add 400 million yuan in annual revenue, it serves as a strategic pivot for national expansion.

Concurrently, R&D breakthroughs continue. Zhejiang Brother Landmark leveraged its 12 patents to develop an anti-UV coating by combining 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde-synthesized absorbers with nano-zirconia, enhancing wear/weather resistance. In August 2025, Sichuan Brother Landmark secured a national patent (CN119931468B) for its "fast-drying modified road marking coating," solidifying technological leadership.
These innovations translated into market recognition: At the 2025 Shanghai International Traffic Expo, Brother Landmark won three awards ("Best Smart Eco-Integration," "Innovative Inspiration," and "Green Product") for sustainable reflective coatings and intelligent melt-marking machines. These products exemplify "China’s tech excellence" and anchor the company’s global strategy.
Strategic execution has also clarified national positioning. Through its "Coating + Equipment + R&D + Service" four-in-one model, the Zhejiang base dominates the Yangtze River Delta market, while the Sichuan project radiates across Southwest China. This dual-core framework strengthens domestic foundations and accelerates overseas expansion, creating a self-reinforcing cycle of innovation and market growth.
