HZ info:On August 24, the 33rd Guangzhou Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as the "Guangzhou Trade Fair") concluded successfully at the China Import and Export Fair Complex. Guided by market forces in allocating exhibition resources, this edition of the fair accelerated the transformation of government-led exhibitions towards market-oriented models. It featured four thematic exhibition areas covering fields such as innovative inventions, urban renewal, automotive aftermarket, consumption assistance, packaging, elderly care and health, medical services, gift and home furnishings, cultural and creative IP, and arts and crafts. With a total exhibition area of approximately 180,000 square meters, marking a year-on-year increase of over 50%, the fair attracted a cumulative attendance of over 160,000 visitors. A total of 83 economic and trade cooperation projects were signed, with an intended contract value reaching 40.081 billion yuan, demonstrating robust market vitality and industrial synergy effects.
At this year's Guangzhou Trade Fair, Highland (Guangdong) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. PVC-C Extrusion-Grade Compound/Pellets: Primarily used in cold and hot water pipes, chemical pipelines, fire sprinkler pipes, power cable protective sleeves, and sheets. Its performance advantages are notable: the tensile yield strength is 10%-20% higher than that of PVC-U and 1.5-2.5 times that of HDPE and PP; the Vicat softening temperature is 30-40°C higher than that of PVC-U, allowing long-term use at 90°C; it exhibits excellent chemical resistance at both high and low temperatures, unaffected by residual chlorine content in water; it self-extinguishes when removed from flame, with an oxygen index of up to 60, meeting flame-retardant requirements; its high chlorine content makes it resistant to bacterial growth.
PVC-C Injection-Molding Grade Compound: Suitable for scenarios requiring high-temperature and corrosion resistance, such as pipeline system fittings, electromechanical equipment components, and building heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials. Its mechanical properties, heat resistance, chemical resistance, flame retardancy, and antibacterial properties are consistent with those of extrusion-grade products, offering stronger scenario adaptability.
PVC Extrusion-Grade Compound/Pellets: Applicable to products such as hoses, profiles, automotive parts, and toys. In addition to excellent mechanical properties (meeting pressure and impact resistance requirements), it offers long-term thermal stability and good flowability, reducing product air streaks and butterfly spots; its outstanding chemical resistance enables it to resist most solvents except ketones such as toluene, butanone, and cyclohexanone.
PVC Injection-Molding Grade Pellets: Suitable for fields such as chemical pipe fittings, profiles, automotive parts, toys, and casters. It also features high tensile strength, good processing properties (excellent thermal stability and flowability), and chemical resistance, forming a complementary product matrix with extrusion-grade products.
In addition to basic products, Highland's core strengths lie in technological innovation and customized services. Addressing the challenges in PVC processing, the company has pioneered the "one-package" composite pellet technology, which pre-mixes core additives such as heat stabilizers and lubricants, simplifying the production process and reducing overall costs.
