Application Steps

1. Surface Preparation:

· The surface must be dry, solid, flat, free of dust and oil stains. Holes and cracks should be repaired beforehand.

· Detail Treatment: For detail areas like internal/external corners, pipe joints, or drain pipes, pre-seal with a rounded fillet using "No.1 Shui Bulou" (Waterproof Plug) or cement mortar, ensuring tight joints without any looseness.

· If the surface is loose or unstable, reinforce it using "Gusha Bao" (Solidifying Primer).

· For uneven or smooth surfaces like mosaic tiles, first apply a base coat of "Low Odor Waterproofing (Easy Coat)".

2. Application Method:

· (1) After opening the container, use directly without adding water. Apply 2-3 even coats using a roller or brush, employing the "cross method". The interval between coats should be based on the previous coat being tack-free (approximately 4 hours).

· (2) Application must be even; avoid missed brushing, coating, or bare spots. The coating film should be free of pinholes and air bubbles.

· (3) Allow the film to dry naturally for at least 48 hours. Drying time may be longer in winter.

Important Notes

· The suitable application temperature is 5°C ~ 35°C, with air humidity <85%. Avoid application during high temperatures, low temperatures, or rainy weather.

· The construction site should be well-ventilated and dry. After application, protect the coating from frost, direct exposure to sunlight, and rain.

· Seal and store any unused material promptly.

· If the material accidentally gets into the eyes during application, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water.

· For long-term immersion environments, allow approximately 7 days for complete curing before permanent submersion.
