In July 2019, the output of China's sample enterprises of polyvinyl chloride was 1613,600 tons, an increase of 4.31% over the previous year, and an increase of 3.88% over the previous year. From January to July, the cumulative output was 11.637 million tons, an increase of 1.73% over the previous year. The scale of overhaul in July decreased by 19.02% from June, and increased by 5.29% from last year. The capacity of PVC production enterprises in July increased compared with the same period of last year (Jinyuyuan, Xinfa, Beiyuan, Lutai, Liancheng, etc.) and increased the output of that month. Looking forward to the scale of enterprises scheduled for maintenance in August is still shrinking. As of August, the inspection loss is expected to decrease 17.13% annually from July to 150,000 tons, which is 5.66% lower than last year. The supply pressure of PVC market may increase.
