Chemlink Specialities and Addi-Tec were merged with effect from 1 February 2024 and renamed Harke UK Limited Partnership.

Both companies will retain their individual business areas while expanding into six new areas:

Chemlink (cosmetic raw materials and raw materials from the HI&I sector)Addi-Tec (ingredients and additives from the Coatings, Plastics and Polymers division)Pharma (pharmaceutical raw materials)Nutra (nutritional supplements)Food (food additives and ingredients)Basechem (basic chemicals and agrochemicals)

In each of these business areas, the Group offers distribution services to customers,
formulation, reformulation, regulatory consulting, micro-testing, product sourcing and marketing support. The merger and rebranding aims to serve the UK, Irish and European markets by expanding the range of products and services offered.
