Toyo Ink Announces Price Revision of Color Gravure Inks

Increasing prices of color gravure inks by 50 yen/kg or more.
artience group 's Toyo Ink Co., Ltd. has decided to revise the prices of gravure inks and laminating adhesives for shipments from May 15, 2024.
In April 2024, Toyo Ink revised the price of gravure white inks, but the prices of various raw materials for colored inks and laminating adhesives have also increased, as well as the prices of various auxiliary materials and logistics costs.
While Toyo Ink has been working on all kinds of cost reduction measures, such as improving production efficiency and reducing fixed costs, it has come to the conclusion that it is beyond the scope that can be absorbed by its own efforts, and has decided to implement price revisions, including 50 yen/kg or more for color gravure inks.
