Lars Schneider has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer for the EMEA region.

Barentz International B.V. announces that Lars Schneider has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer for the EMEA region, starting from October 1st, 2024. Schneider will also become a member of the Barentz Board. Schneider is a seasoned executive with a strong strategic orientation, possessing extensive international experience and covering over 20 years of industry experience. He has been working for Brenntag since 2003 holding various leadership roles in Germany, Italy, Canada and Americas. Most recently, Schneiderserved as President Specialties Americas and subsequently as Global President Material Science and Specialties North America. Lars holds a degree in Economics (BSc) and Business Administration (MBA).
