Chivacure^® 1176 is a cationic photoinitiator, its sulfonium structure can initiate the polymerization of epoxy and other applicable polymer materials. It is suitable for most cationic UV systems and is the best choice for films and varnishes, and can be used on metals, plastics and paper.
