Inx Group Limited, a subsidiary of Sakata Inx, has acquired North American Coatings & Adhesives Corporation (C&A). C&A is an established manufacturer of speciality coatings. With this acquisition, Inx Group is strengthening its position in the North American market and plans to set new accents by founding Inx International Coatings and Adhesives.

The newly established company will operate as a sister company of Inx International and complement the product portfolio with coatings and adhesives. The management of the newly established Inx International Coatings and Adhesives will work closely with Inx International, which should further promote the exchange and development of complete solutions for the packaging market. By combining the complementary product offerings of both companies, the Inx Group hopes to sustainably increase the value for its customers.
