AQUALATE 8021 produced by Top Synthetic Technology is a low hydroxyl value self-matting hydroxyl acrylic emulsion. It adopts a special synthetic process route and technology to achieve a perfect balance between matting performance and paint film performance. It is used in two-component water-based wood paint and is used in combination with water-based isocyanate curing agent. The product has the characteristics of good dry and wet film permeability, fast drying speed, good water resistance, and long usable time.

√ Self-matting, no need to add any matting agent, the paint film gloss can reach below 10 degrees;

√ During the usable time, the paint film gloss is stable and the matting is uniform;

Application direction:

√ Application in matte topcoat projects with high resistance, high transparency and high scratch resistance that require low gloss;

√ Used as a matting agent with conventional hydroxyl acrylic resin to adjust gloss; (It is recommended to use Top Synthetic Technology AQUALATE 8512 products. If used with other hydroxyl acrylic resins, please fully evaluate their compatibility and stability before application).
