BFK-A is an environmentally friendly adhesion promoter,specially designed for silver powder paint. Its characteristics are significant, which can effectively prevent aluminum silver powder from falling off, improve the adhesion of aluminum silver paste in coatings and inks, achieve no blackening, no coarsening, no affecting the storage stability of coatings and inks, and effectively enhance the adhesion between coatings of various systems, such as the inner layer adhesion between metals, inorganic substances, and certain plastics and coatings. Suitable for systems such as acrylic self drying or low-temperature baking paint, alkyd amino baking paint, acrylic amino baking paint, and polyester baking paint. This product has a wide range of applicability, whether added before or after grinding, it can effectively improve the adhesion performance of the coating. The recommended dosage is 1.5-2.5% of the total amount.

Usage and dosage

It can be added at any stage in theproduction process. Due to different formulas and conditions, it is recommendedthat users conduct experiments to determine the optimal addition amount beforeuse. The recommended addition amount is 0.8-2.5% (total formula amount).
