The Washability Tester produced  designed in accordance with standards such as GB/T 9755, GB/T 9266, ASTM D2486, ASTM D3450, and ISO 11998. The surface of coatings needs to be tested for washability by brushes or other methods. Test objects include: interior wall coatings, wallpapers, and carpets. The tester can determine the washability and performance related to the abrasion resistance of coatings. Two brushes are used to accelerate the simulation of "wear and scratch" experiments. For comparative tests, brushes, scrubbing pads, sponges, cleaning cloths, etc. can be used. The liquid solution for scrubbing placed in the container beside the instrument can be pumped onto the brushes. During the scrubbing experiment, the pump can be controlled to turn on or off, and the liquid flow rate can be accurately adjusted.
