HZ info:From May 15th to 17th, the 17th China International Battery Technology Fair (CIBF2025), known as the "barometer of the battery industry", was grandly held at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center.

As the largest global industry event with the most complete industry chain coverage, this exhibition, with the theme of "Linking the World, Empowering Green, Driving the Future", attracted more than 2,000 companies to participate in the exhibition, focusing on displaying cutting-edge technologies in the entire industry chain from upstream resources, material preparation to battery applications. This grand event is not only a stage for technological competition, but also a "breakthrough" to solve the three core challenges of industry safety, efficiency and cost.

Longly Group has been deeply engaged in the field of new energy material processing for more than ten years. It occupies the central prime location of 3T039 in CIBF Hall 3 with the largest booth of 180 square meters in the entire hall, and makes a stunning appearance with the theme of "Smart Manufacturing for the Future of Battery Cells".

More than ten years of deep cultivation, enabling the upgrade of the entire material processing chain

From equipment to production lines, revealing the core technology of material processing 

At this exhibition, Longly  Group focused on displaying a number of "key products" to lead the industry development with innovative design and leading technology:

Vertical and horizontal sand mill

Longly Group industry-first vertical and horizontal dual-power nano bead mill cleverly combines horizontal grinding and vertical discharging into single unit. It has the advantages of high grinding efficiency and good quality of the horizontal structure and fast material-ball separation and no material clog of the vertical structure, achieving the effect of 1+1>2.

For materials with high particle size requirements, using zirconium beads smaller than 0.3mm has significant advantages in material grinding. It can finely grind battery materials to improve performance and production stability.

High efficiency homogenizer

In the field of front-end equipment for lithium battery manufacturing, high-efficiency homogenization systems are accelerating the replacement of traditional dual planetary mixing equipment and are expected to become the mainstream of the new market. The reason is that high-efficiency homogenization systems have outstanding advantages in production efficiency, slurry quality, floor space, energy saving and other aspects, and can meet the large-scale production increase needs of lithium battery companies.

Dry bead mill

The dry bead mill independently developed by Longly Group can directly crush and refine the materials in the air or inert air and grind them into micron size. Compared  with wet grinding, eliminating the drying step can greatly improve the production efficiency of battery materials and reduce energy consumption and costs.

LS-QB1 Ultrafine nano bead mill

The ultrafine nano bead mill independently developed by Longly Group represents the industry-leading level of wet grinding technology. It can grind materials to a minimum of 20nm and is especially suitable for fine grinding of high-end nano materials such as MLCC and electronic ceramics.

It can improve the fineness and uniformity of battery positive and negative electrode materials, optimize battery energy density and cycle stability, provide key technical support for cutting-edge fields such as solid-state battery electrolytes, and help break through material performance bottlenecks.

Powerful mixer

Longly  XH series high-power mixer adopts innovative three-dimensional turbulent mixing technology, which enables the materials to be fully sheared, dispersed and homogenized during the mixing process, thereby achieving extremely high mixing uniformity in a short time. This efficient mixing technology not only shortens the material mixing time, but also improves the mixing uniformity, which is beneficial to optimize the battery charging and discharging stability and cycle life, and promotes the development of high energy density battery materials.

Small spray dryer

The powder production quality is high, thanks to the adoption of efficient insulation technology that significantly reduces energy consumption. The parts in contact with the materials are preferably made of stainless steel and PTFE pipes to ensure the purity of the materials and the stable operation of the equipment. The drying speed is fast, and 95%-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly. It is easy to maintain, and the whole machine is compact and occupies a small area, which is suitable for laboratory settings.

 Lithium iron phosphate production line

The automated production line for lithium iron phosphate covers ten systems including feeding and batching, nano-grinding, spray drying, etc., covering the entire process from the entry of raw materials into the workshop to the storage of finished products. The production line achieves precise ingredient preparation, stable quality, and intelligent control. By optimizing equipment and intelligent systems and coordinating and connecting various processes, it can improve the composition consistency and particle size uniformity of the positive electrode material and optimize the battery energy density and cycle life.
