Kuraray announces its decision to revise the prices of PVA fiber products for shipments on or after August 1, 2025.

In addition to rising costs of raw materials, utilities, and auxiliary materials for the products, repair and maintenance costs, as well as labor expenses, have also increased significantly. These cost increases have exceeded the scope of cost absorption through internal efforts.

Under these circumstances, Kuraray has decided to implement the following price revisions to improve profitability and maintain a steady supply.

PVA fiber products including KURALON™, KURALON K-II™, and VINARL™

2. Effective date

Shipments on or after August 1, 2025

3. Price increase

10–30%
