Hz info:Recently, the high-solid anti-corrosion and water-based coating production project by Hubei Nanxun Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., located in Wuhan New Port Panwan Industrial Park, has completed main construction and entered the final pre-production phase. This project will significantly enhance regional supply capacity for high-end eco-friendly coatings and inject new momentum into local economic development.

Production equipment is now fully installed, with technicians intensifying debugging and finishing work. General Manager Yang Li stated that trial production procedures are being expedited, with formal operations expected to commence by mid-August this year. At full capacity, the project will produce 25,000 tons of eco-friendly coatings annually, generating an estimated annual output value of 250 million yuan.

Established in February 2025, Hubei Nanxun specializes in R&D and production of innovative eco-friendly materials including high-solid anti-corrosion coatings, water-based coatings, and alkyd resins. Its technologically advanced products have been widely applied in shipbuilding, port engineering, new energy equipment, petrochemicals, municipal construction, and railway bridges—providing efficient protection solutions for metal structures and infrastructure. The company has registered three independent brands ("TANXUN," "TANXUN Shuangma," and "ZHILI") and is accelerating development of a differentiated market system.

Constructed to China’s strictest environmental standards, the project features 152 sets of high-standard equipment including RCO exhaust treatment systems, bag dust collectors, automated control systems, and wastewater treatment facilities. For exhaust management, it innovatively adopts fully enclosed collection: all storage tanks connect to VOC recovery units, with gases channeled through sealed pipelines to centralized RCO incineration—ensuring precise control of fugitive emissions throughout the process.

Beyond environmental advantages, the project emphasizes intelligent production through a modern central control center enabling automated monitoring and operation. "The system tracks real-time workshop operations, with all tank parameters integrated into quality control," explained Yang Li. "Safety protocols automatically trigger process suspension upon detecting abnormalities, significantly enhancing production safety and stability."

As one of Jiayu County Economic Development Zone’s three major parks, Panwan Industrial Park is Xianning City’s sole provincial-level certified chemical zone. It is building a "dual-pillar plus one" industrial framework centered on electronic and automotive chemical materials, while nurturing biopharmaceuticals to create Hubei’s high-end chemical cluster serving central-eastern and coastal markets.
