Hantai Chemical’s high-efficiency dispersant HT-5020 is an anionic, water-soluble copolymer with low foam properties. It aids in wetting and dispersing fillers and organic pigments, enabling mineral particles in the base material to form highly fluid slurries. It is effective for dispersing titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, wollastonite, and kaolin. HT-5020 is suitable for matte and silk matte latex paints as well as other high PVC formulations. It significantly improves the coating’s water resistance and tinting performance.

Advantages

Compared to other traditional polycarboxylate dispersants, HT-5020 provides coatings with excellent water resistance.
HT-5020 exhibits good compatibility with inorganic pigments, resulting in coatings with excellent tinting strength.
After drying, it forms a water-insoluble substance. It features low foam, cost-effectiveness, and good storage stability.

Latex paints, adhesives, ceramic industry, concrete manufacturing, calcium carbonate processing, and inorganic pigment production.

Usage and Dosage
Add HT-5020 dispersant at 0.05%–1.0% based on pigment weight.

Packaging and Storage

Available in 30 kg or 250 kg plastic drums. Store protected from freezing and direct sunlight. Shelf life is one year.
Non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-flammable, and classified as non-hazardous for transportation. In case of spillage on roads, rinse immediately with water or cover with sand or sawdust to prevent slipping.
