The PP adhesion resin produced by Huifengsheng, CL-5183, is an acrylic modified chlorinated polyolefin resin with reactive groups for cross-linking with polyisocyanates such as N3390.

Main Properties
Widely used in coating systems for PP, PA, PP + GF, and PA + GF plastics.
Provides excellent adhesion after topcoating for adhesion primer films.
Excellent interlayer adhesion and water resistance for PU/UV coatings.
Enhances adhesion to PP substrates, especially for PP + EPDM plastics.
Usage Method
Add pigments directly for grinding to make base color paints.
Make base color paints or metallic paints directly with resins; test the optimal addition amount before use.
Can be used as direct-spray primers or adhesion promoters for primers/color paints.
Optimal drying condition: 80℃.

Operation and Safety
CL-5183 may experience increased viscosity or even gelling due to solvent evaporation or low temperatures.
In case of gelling, heat in a water bath to 50-60℃, add some toluene, and stir to restore fluidity without affecting performance.
This product contains solvents. Handle with care to avoid skin and eye contact. For other information, refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet.
Storage Conditions
Keep away from heat and fire sources.
Store in a cool, ventilated place with tightly closed containers.
Storage temperature: 0℃ to 40℃.
