Dozens of technical service backbones from across the country gathered together for a three-day journey of knowledge refinement and skill enhancement. This aims to support the company's strategic layout of "deep cultivation in renovation markets and full-category development" with solid professional expertise. Dr. Fang Licheng, General Manager of the BDS Group Innovation Center, delivered a pre-session mobilization address, urging all trainees to translate knowledge into action and strengthen skills through practice, striving to forge a versatile, responsive, and highly skilled technical service task force. This will provide robust support for the implementation of the company's strategy.
This training represented a systematic empowerment upgrade, featuring high-intensity drills centered around four modules: "Theoretical Deepening, Practical Skills Advancement, Tool Innovation, and Market Empowerment." The goal was to forge each participant into an all-round service specialist who "understands products, masters techniques, communicates effectively, and empowers others."
Refining All-Round Expertise: The program covered the entire product portfolio, including art paints, stone-like paints, waterproof substrates, floor paints, and easy-application brushes, ensuring a closed-loop mastery from theory to practice.
Mastering Efficiency Tools: The introduction of AI tool applications and short video production skills empowered technical personnel to achieve efficient learning, professional presentation, and precise communication.
Strengthening Market Alignment: Enhanced training on the quotation system and solution development ensured seamless integration between technical services and market demands, boosting practical effectiveness.
The three-day training was intensive and content-rich. The participants engaged with an open mindset, progressing through discussion and growing through assessment.
