HZ info,Water stripe agent MCD is an organic-metallic compound, which can strongly accelerate the cure rate of epoxy and then produce shrinkage stress to create water-like traces pattern powder coating. Compared with similar varieties,  MCD thin coating film is easier to wrinkle with better trustworthy stability.

Crack texture agent MCC is generally used in conjunction with water stripe agent MCD to produce crack texture effect.

Precautions

¢ÙYou are recommended to choose an epoxy resin with stable epoxy value to keep the consistency of the texture pattern.

¢ÚTo acquire finer pattern, you can add larger dosage of flow agent and MCD. A little excessive hardener in the formulation can produce good impact resistance and intense stereoscopic sense. Small quantity of polyester containing can adjust the gloss and the consistency of the texture. Too much polyester will cause the disappearance of the texture.

¢ÛA larger wrinkle pattern can be produced by dry-blending a small quantity of T-55 and co-extruding 2%-3% polyester. Snowflake pattern can be produced by adding 0.1 ~ 0.2% ceasing agent. Silk-like sand pattern can be produced by cooperating with sand textured agent. The original water-stripe agent MCD mixes with 0.5%-1% crack texture agent MCC can obtain a kind of water-bottom floating crack texture effect (note: it is not suitable to screen after mixing).

¢ÜYou can wrinkle stably in thinner coating film by incorporating with 0.1% 2-methylimidazole of dry-blending 0.1-0.3% T-103 with the base powder, but the textures will become smaller.

¢ÝIn combined with 0.05-0.08% organic clay will prevent the change of pattern caused by the flow at the corner.

¢Þ Be sure to pay enough attention to preventing dust during the production and spraying process, otherwise, water spray agent and its powder will stimulate the respiratory system and the mucous membrane of the eyes and make them congestion.

Package and storage:

Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags, Net weight is 20kg per bag. Store in cool and dry place to avoid moisture. According to our experience, the period of validity of this product is at least 2 years when ambient temperature is below 30 ℃.
