BIAM Launches 2025 New Environmental Powder Remover
2026-02-02 16:13
In July 2025, Guangdong BIAM officially launched a new environmental powder remover, targeting three major pain points in the powder coating industry: high energy consumption for hanger incineration, resource shortages, and high hanger deformation loss. The product is a transparent pale yellow liquid with a slight odor and weak acidity, compatible with multiple substrates such as stainless steel SUS, cold-rolled plate SPCC/SPCD/SPP, galvanized plate SECC/SECD, and aluminum-plated plate SAlD, achieving non-destructive powder removal.
Compared with conventional products on the market, it has obvious advantages: it takes only 120s to completely remove 80um thick powder layers, 65s faster than Company A’s 185s and 247s faster than Company B’s 367s. It requires no heating during use, has low volatility, and a functional validity period of 6 months, which is twice that of similar products. This product supports online non-destructive powder removal of spraying hangers without offline operation, laying the foundation for automatic loading and unloading in the spraying process, and also applies to offline powder removal of secondary hangers and reworked products, effectively reducing construction costs and improving efficiency. Adhering to the concept of environmental protection and innovation, BIAM’s new product has passed relevant environmental tests and will further expand its application in the global powder coating industry.
