HZ Info,Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (the “Company”) hereby notifies the Stock Exchange of Thailand of the permanent cessation of operations of the Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) plant, one of the three TPT Petrochemicals sites located in Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong Province, effective from 2 March 2026.
The decision follows a strategic review of the site in the context of structural industry shifts and the Company’s long-term portfolio and capital allocation priorities. The cessation forms part of the Company’s disciplined portfolio optimization, focused on strengthening earnings quality, cash resilience, and long-term competitiveness.
All affected employees will be supported in accordance with applicable labor laws and Companypolicies. The impairment provision for this TPT Petrochemicals site was recorded in the 2022 financial year.The cessation will not impact operations at other sites, the Company’s supply continuity, or its ability to meet financial obligations, nor is it expected to have a material adverse effect on the consolidated financial performance of the Group.Please be informed accordingly.Yours faithfully,(Mr. Souvik Roy Chowdhury)Company Secretary
