WYNYARD, UK ¨C Venator Materials UK Limited (¡°Venator¡±) today announced the sale of its driers book of business to Ege Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.£¿. (¡°Ege Kimya¡±), a leading global supplier of metal-based chemical solutions.

This transaction includes the transfer of product formulations, trademarks, and technical know-how associated with Venator¡¯s driers business. As part of the agreement, Venator¡¯s Birtley, UK site, which manufactures driers products, will continue to operate in the short term to support continuity of supply for customers.

Ege Kimya has a robust global presence and extensive experience in paints and coatings additives, strengthening continuity of service and supply to customers.

Venator¡¯s remaining UK businesses, including the Greatham site which manufactures titanium dioxide pigment, continue to operate as normal. Active sales discussions are ongoing with interested parties to secure the long-term future of these facilities.
