WYNYARD, UK – Venator Materials UK Limited (“Venator”) today announced the sale of its driers book of business to Ege Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.？. (“Ege Kimya”), a leading global supplier of metal-based chemical solutions.

This transaction includes the transfer of product formulations, trademarks, and technical know-how associated with Venator’s driers business. As part of the agreement, Venator’s Birtley, UK site, which manufactures driers products, will continue to operate in the short term to support continuity of supply for customers.

Ege Kimya has a robust global presence and extensive experience in paints and coatings additives, strengthening continuity of service and supply to customers.

Venator’s remaining UK businesses, including the Greatham site which manufactures titanium dioxide pigment, continue to operate as normal. Active sales discussions are ongoing with interested parties to secure the long-term future of these facilities.
